This is the last remaining four apartments house for farm workers (in Polish „czworak” or „quadruple building”) standing between Nowoursynowska and Kokosowa streets. It is even not inhabited anymore. Construction of the tunnel under Ursynów has its rights.
There was also one like that some years ago.
